By accessing and using SpeedSMM (the "Website", the "Service", "we", "us"), you (the "Customer", "User") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of the Terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. 1. Description of the Service SpeedSMM is a provider of social media marketing services — likes, follows, views, comments, traffic and more — for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram and others. Orders are received and processed automatically by our system. Order start and completion times are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual speed depends on our system and on the state of the social platform at the time of processing. The delivered quantity may differ slightly from the amount ordered (usually within the tolerance allowed for each service). Services, prices, descriptions and refill status may change at any time without prior notice. We never ask for the password to your social media account. Every service only requires a public link. 2. Accounts Each user may create and use only one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or coupons, or to bypass limits, may result in all such accounts being suspended. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be of legal age under the laws of your place of residence in order to use the Service. 3. Deposits and Payment Payment is made in cryptocurrency through the Cryptomus gateway. Once a transaction is confirmed, the corresponding amount is credited to your account wallet balance. The wallet balance may only be used to place orders on SpeedSMM. It cannot be converted back to cash, withdrawn to an external wallet, or transferred to another user. Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, we do not offer refunds of deposits once the balance has been credited, except in the case of a technical error caused by us. You must not file a chargeback or fraudulently dispute a transaction. Doing so will result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance. Promotions and coupons (if any) apply under the conditions published at the time of use and may be revoked if fraud is detected. 4. Placing Orders You must provide a correct, public link to the profile or post. Orders with the wrong link, the wrong format, or pointing to a private account will not be refunded. While an order is in progress, do not change your username, set the account/post to private, or delete the post — otherwise the order may fail and will not be refunded. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled, unless that service allows cancellation. Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time while a previous order is still running, to avoid conflicts and shortfalls. 5. Refunds and Refill Orders that cannot be processed or that fail due to a system error will be refunded to the wallet balance (not as cash). Partially delivered orders are refunded to the wallet balance for the undelivered portion, on a pro-rata basis. Refill (drop) warranty applies only to services explicitly marked as having a warranty, only within the warranty period, and is calculated on the drop relative to the quantity delivered. The warranty does not apply if you change the link or its privacy settings, or if you buy additional overlapping services. All refunds and compensation are made as wallet balance, never as cash. 6. Prohibited Conduct When using the Service, you must absolutely not use it for any of the following purposes: Fraud, deception, or misappropriation of assets in any form; building a fake reputation to lure victims, sham investment schemes, "fake it till you make it" displays of wealth, selling counterfeit goods, or impersonating a brand or an individual. Any activity that violates the laws of Vietnam or the international laws of your place of residence or operation. Promoting, supporting, or being connected with: terrorism, violence, incitement to hatred, racial or religious discrimination; drugs, weapons, prohibited goods; child sexual abuse material or the abuse of minors; illegal gambling; counterfeit or knock-off goods, or intellectual property infringement. Defamation, slander, harassment, threats, extortion, invasion of privacy, or humiliating others. Manipulating public opinion, interfering with elections, spreading false political propaganda, or distributing fake news. Spam, distributing malware, phishing for information, or cyberattacks. Boosting engagement for content that infringes copyright or that violates the terms of use of the relevant social platform itself. You are fully responsible for your links, your content and your purpose of use. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or report to the competent authorities any order or account showing signs of a violation, and will not issue a refund in such cases. 7. Risk and Disclaimer of Liability The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will operate continuously, error-free or without interruption. Boosting social media engagement may violate the terms of the platform itself (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and so on). We are not responsible if your social media account is warned, restricted, reduced in reach, has its engagement removed, or is permanently banned as a result of using the Service. You assess and accept this risk yourself. We are not responsible for: indirect, incidental or consequential damages; loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity, reputation or data; or damages arising from you providing the wrong link, using the Service for the wrong purpose, or breaching Section 6. If an order cannot be completed for technical reasons, or due to changes or restrictions on the social platform's side that are beyond our control, our liability is limited to refunding the undelivered portion to the wallet balance. In all cases, our total liability for any one claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order directly related to that claim. SpeedSMM is not a financial, legal or marketing advisory service. You are responsible for your own decisions. 8. Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account, cancel orders in progress, and freeze or forfeit the balance if we detect fraud, chargebacks, promotion abuse, or a breach of any of these Terms — without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Any remaining balance on an account that has been suspended for a violation will not be refunded. 9. Intellectual Property All of the interface, source code, branding and content of the Website belong to SpeedSMM. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. 10. Data Privacy We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service (email, order history, wallet transactions) and do not sell your information to third parties. We do not store and do not ask for your social media passwords. 11. Changes to These Terms These Terms may be updated at any time. A new version takes effect as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the changes. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent authority in accordance with the law. 13.
